Scarlett Bauman, Vice President

As Marketing Manager, Scarlett is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking of strategic fundraising, marketing, and public relations campaigns for the Air Force Enlisted Village, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides a home for surviving spouses of retired enlisted U.S. Air Force personnel at Bob Hope Village, an independent living community, and at Hawthorn House, an assisted living and memory care residence.

Scarlett has a combined 25+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, sales, communications, writing, event planning, and fundraising. She has been featured as a nonprofit marketing expert “working in the trenches” on Blackbaud’s Raise + Engage podcast, #nofilternonprofit webinar series, and Raise + Engage blog, and on the Nonprofit Marketing Guide blog.

Originally from Pennsylvania (Go Steelers/Pirates/Penguins!), Scarlett attended California University of Pennsylvania where she studied journalism and public relations. She also attended the Fund for American Studies’ Institute for Political Journalism at Georgetown University.

Scarlett currently resides along the beautiful Emerald Coast in the Florida panhandle. She loves sand between her toes and salty sea air. Scarlett likes photography, art, traveling, live music, cooking/baking, and attending sea turtle releases.
